I have been lifting weights since I was kid building muscle. The most important part of effective muscle building (German: effektiver Muskel Aufbau) is doing the drills right. Many people can lift weights, but if you do not do it properly, than it can hinder your development. Slow, steady increments are good, and it is never good to overdo it. Another key part to muscle building is your diet. You have to eat a lot, not all fats, but lots of proteins. If you do not eat, you will not build muscle. One last thing, do not use steroids or any supplement type products since they are not natural and can harm your health.
