There are a number of abs bodybuilding programs available online but the question should be asked: what is the point of a focused workout program for the abdominal section. Most of the mentioned programs are aimed at normal people who wish to lose weight or bring their body in shape. For them, a whole body workout in combination with cardio training is a much better approach to reaching their goal. Actually, doing a targeted abs training can lead to frustrating results. It’s unlikely that these normal people will see any visible effect as it requires an extremely low fat percentage to start with. Overall, abs bodybuilding programs are only useful for amateur or professional bodybuilders, but not for the average sportsman.
