I was surfing around the other day and came across a great list of high fiber foods. There were some things on there that I didn’t even realize had fiber – beans and nuts mostly. I know I should be eating more fiber and drinking more water, and I think this list will make that easier for me to do.
Do you get enough fiber in your diet? I think we’re supposed to get almost 30 grams a day and I know I’m not anywhere close to that. Now that I’ve turned 40, I’m starting to pay attention to my health and I think all this talk about fiber is important.
