Parramatta Personal Trainer talks about what we eat

We are what we eat. We eat what makes up your body and our body is made up of amino acids 8 of which we need from animal sources. The other nutrient that is deficient in non-animal & dairy eating vegetarians is bioavailable B12 (only available from animal sources). B12 deficiencies can lead to anaemia as well as nervous and digestive system imbalances. As a Parramatta Personal Trainer I personally try to aviod foods that are high in sugar and fat becuase that is how you put weight on. It is essential that you have a balanced diet so that you dont become what you eat.
