I bought a whole set of mp3s on different weight loss related topics, like, getting rid of my sweet tooth, developing a desire to exercise, wanting to eat healthy food and staying motivated about my weight loss goal. They have been really great. I don’t really understand how they work, I just know that they do – and I am so happy about it. It is the easiest way I can think of to lose weight – because you actually find yourself wanting to do all the ‘good things’ you know you’re supposed to. Amazing really.
