I was just reading an article the other day about this incredible company that seems to be doing a lot of good here in the United States. The company works with Biotech technology, and in fact, it is called Emergent BioSolutions. The chief executive officer has been Fuad El-Hibri for the past five years. This is a man that has just received the Ernst and Yong Entrepreneur of the year in 2009. A company that has a man like this on board with them can really only go up and has my full support in their research. I am hoping to be able to do a little more research and get a little more involved as time goes by.

My dumb realtor said short sales were easy, I guess she was just trying to get a pay check. If I had known that it would take that long and need so many extentions, I would have bought the other house! For us buying a short sale was a nightmare, but I must say, mostly because I didn’t expect it to be so challenging. Had I known I wouldn’t have moved out of my apartment expecting to close the next week! I had to live with my inlaws for three months!

My mother-in-law just came to live with us, as she is getting older and needs someone there every day to help her out. I always said that there was no way I would put either my parents or my wife’s parents in a nursing home, and I wasn’t kidding. It’s been nice to have her around, although it has put a little bit of financial strain on us. I sure wish my boss would stop withholding taxes - I’ve heard that there’s no actual law requiring employers to take taxes out. It is sad that Micheal Jackson had passed on the way he did. It may be hurtful for us but some how a relief and joy for him, even as we proceed with Michael Jackson funeral arrangements. The media were down on him and disrepected him repeatedly even in death.  He is the King Of Pop the one and cannot be compared with Elvis because Elvis Presley was nowhere near accomplished the things Mr. Jackson has accomplished, not just in the United States, but throughout the whole entire world. In the end Micheal is in peace and he is happy and you can not say that Micheal Jackson is dead because of the influence he set for individuals throughout the music world.

Last night I went on the Internet to find out what movies are coming out this weekend. I like going to the movies at noontime on the weekends because they usually aren’t as crowded as nighttime shows. At one point my friend Jim instant messaged me so we started instant messaging back and forth. After a while I got sick of instant messaging and called him on my phone. We ended up having a long Hurricane Discussion involving the best way to secure Windows. My friend Jim has never lived anywhere that had a hurricane problem. He just wanted to better prepare himself.

Nothing these days seems to be free, but with the right software, you can find just about anything.  I used to use a file sharing software in college, but I found that it slowed down my system.  A new system I just discovered, ares, does not do that at all.  Not only that, but it also gives me access to all kinds of free music that I had never heard before. Because of my new music habit, I have been able to support bands on the road where they can really use the support.  It has been a great situation for me.

Three nights after the tea party a group of us got together.  We had not known each other before the party but had met there and had agreed that we should all meet to further explore what was going on.  It was a little scary meeting with a group of strangers for this Tea party discussion.  It was not that I could not trust the people that were there but it was more like a fear of the unknown as to where all of this might lead.  I had never stepped forward like this to make a stand on anything.
