Low Carb Plans DON’T WORK.You’ll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan.  Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people.  

Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long.  This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week.  Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. 

While some people may like these types of dietary programs, we prefer a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss,

Sometimes I think that hearing about another parent’s or person’s experience with something that is making you, or someone that you care about miserable makes it easier to cope, so here is my story about bedwetting.  I was a normal, happy child, from a secure loving home.  Things were good in my life.  I was socially active, always felt secure and loved by my family and our close friends.  The only true issue I remember having as a child was bedwetting.  My mother would get me up in the middle of the night to go potty, not allow anything to drink with in an hour of bedtime… anything she could think of. 

The truth is that when I was 8, I finally “grew out of it” according to our family doctor.  To get through, my mother got creative… waterproofing the mattress, getting me up to go potty several times in the night… we didn’t have pull ups yet in those days, but I made it, and you and your child will too.  The key for us was my mother’s love and patience…

We have to admit that we really need a lot of things in here to make us feel okay. No matter how much we try to make our selves think that beauty is something that is relative, we still get affected when people say that we are fat and all that. I am hopeful that the cap barbell weights would be able to help me out.

I have heard a couple of great things about the cap barbell weights and I really think that it will be good if I give it a try. I should say that the cap barbell weights have helped others and I am positive that it will do the same thing for me.

I was surfing around the other day and came across a great list of high fiber foods. There were some things on there that I didn’t even realize had fiber - beans and nuts mostly. I know I should be eating more fiber and drinking more water, and I think this list will make that easier for me to do.

Do you get enough fiber in your diet? I think we’re supposed to get almost 30 grams a day and I know I’m not anywhere close to that. Now that I’ve turned 40, I’m starting to pay attention to my health and I think all this talk about fiber is important.

The brain and the subconscious are really quite extraordinary and I don’t think I realized just how extraordinary until I started using hypnosis.  I use self-hypnosis mp3 downloads - you can find them everywhere on the web - for all sorts of different things.  The one that has been most useful is hypnosis for weight loss. I bought a whole set of mp3s on different weight loss related topics, like, getting rid of my sweet tooth, developing a desire to exercise, wanting to eat healthy food and staying motivated about my weight loss goal.  They have been really great.  I don’t really understand how they work, I just know that they do - and I am so happy about it.  It is the easiest way I can think of to lose weight - because you actually find yourself wanting to do all the ‘good things’ you know you’re supposed to.  Amazing really.

We are what we eat. We eat what makes up your body and our body is made up of amino acids 8 of which we need from animal sources. The other nutrient that is deficient in non-animal & dairy eating vegetarians is bioavailable B12 (only available from animal sources). B12 deficiencies can lead to anaemia as well as nervous and digestive system imbalances. As a Parramatta Personal Trainer I personally try to aviod foods that are high in sugar and fat becuase that is how you put weight on. It is essential that you have a balanced diet so that you dont become what you eat.

You know how it is when you are surfing the net these days. One click leads you to one thing then another. Somehow, I ended up at Hydroxatonedirect and learned all I ever wanted to know about having your skin nice and smooth.  I would be willing to bet this is something my Grandmother would enjoy because she’s always complaining about her wrinkles and how they make her look like a Grandma.  Never mind that she is a grandma.  Maybe I will invest in this for her a Christmas gift this coming up year as she is almost impossible to buy for.  I just hope she wouldn’t take offense.

I was reading something the other day and came across a mention of nursing theory. What exactly is this, and where can I find out more about it? I suppose there must be some sort of theories behind why nurses do what they do in different situations, but I would think that they would have medical proof rather than just theories, so I am not really sure quite how this all works. I would be interested in finding out more about it though, so I am probably going to end up doing a web search and seeing what sort of information I can find out.
